The combination of relaxing words, soft music and imagery produces a very extremely relaxed and calming state of body and mind. Hypnosis allows any tensions in the body to be released, relaxing the logical/thinking part mind and awakening the imaginative part of the mind. During relaxation sessions hypnosis can take you on a journey to a place of total tranquility and relaxation.
Each and every hypnotherapy session begins with a high level of relaxation in readiness of the therapy part of the session. If you wish to experience the hypnosis (relaxation) without any therapy a Relaxation Session is offered at a reduced fee.
Some people book a regular session as part of their monthly pamper/spa routines.
