Have you tried dieting and found that you are constantly thinking of food. Strict diets often seem like a punishment and I often hear people say “if I’ve been good this week I can have a treat”. If you are self motivated diets can have amazing results, however usually the weight will slowly re-appear and the yo-yo diet cycle starts. The reason the weight re-appears is that the root cause of why you are eating too much or choosing the wrong types of foods is not being dealt with.

Hypnotherapy is well known to be a successful way to lose or control weight. There is no trying or over-thinking about foods, you are not banned from eating certain foods and you will not find yourself hungry or constantly crave unhealthy foods.
At our initial consultation I will collect details from you about your health, weight issues and past history around diet and exercise. Using this information I will tailor-make a session or package to meet you personal requirement and difficulties. Using my therapeutic voice I will help you to relax and feel calm and open to positive and beneficial suggestions. Suggestions will then be made through your conscious mind to the subconscious mind which, if accepted, will change the way you think about food and your bad habits and choices. Loose weight easily, naturally, with little effort and keep it off.

How Many Sessions will I need?
I would recommend a minimum of 4 hypnotherapy sessions for weight control.
