I am offering a blended service, which means I am offering sessions both remotely and face to face. Remote working is encouraged, however I understand this is not suitable for everyone.

Information and guidance on safety around Covid-19 are changing frequently.   Please make yourself aware of current legislations, advice and safety for yourself from official channels (NHS and Government Updates).

Below is Symmetry Therapies Procedure for face to face working. To protect everyone using Healthcare Services, the nulnerable and who who have not been vaccined and to take preassure off the NHS: I have taken the decision to maintain all current safety measures and requesting clients to continuing to wear a face mask, maintain space and use hand sanitiser.

DO NOT ATTEND SESSIONS IF YOU (please follow current guidelines)

  • have symptoms of COVID-19
  • have tested positive for COVID-19 and/or have been advised to self isolate
  • you have been advised to self isolate

(Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling sessions – 48hrs cancellation policy will not be adhered to if cancelling due to one of the reasons above.    I would however require a written confirmation to action a refund).
